ROBENS MODOC PAN STRAIGHT ON THE FIRE
START BY PUTTING THE PAN ON A STABLE AND VERY WARM FIRE. WHEN THE OIL IS BOILING WARM THROW POTATOS ON IT.
AFTER SOME MINUTES ADD THE SMALLER VEGGIES SUCH AS ONIONS, ASPARGUS, SPRING ONIONS, SPINACH.
MAKE ROOM IN THE MIDDLE AND ADD MORE OIL BEFORE ADDING THE SALMON. FLIP THE SALMON SO IT GET NICE AND CRISPY ON BOTH SIDES.
WHEN THE SALMON IS CRISPY ADD SOME TASTY BEER TO STEAM YOUR DISH. SIMPLY POOR A SPLASH OF BEER AND COVER THE PAN.
